Title Parade of Photos

ArticleThe Newport Historic Spring Leadership Committee presented a special photography exhibit by Newport resident and acclaimed fine art photographer E.A. Kahane at the site of the original city spring at the corner of Spring and Touro Streets.

The show, "We Need a Parade!" is a collection of photos from the 60th anniversary of Newport's St. Patrick's Day Parade in 2016. Kahane's body of work ranges from landscapes to portraits, and she works with a variety of materials that compel viewers to move beyond a four-sided, two-dimensional photograph.
