NewsE.A. KAHANE’s exhibition, HEART OF THE RACE: Master Mechanics of the Mille Miglia, will be presented at the Sarasota Art Museum in Sarasota, Florida, opening in April 2027. Marking the centennial of the Mille Miglia, the exhibition features more than 100 black-and-white photographs honoring the master mechanics whose expertise and dedication sustain one of the world’s most legendary endurance races.

Presented by Sarasota Art Museum of Ringling College of Art and Design and curated by Virginia Shearer, executive director. The exhibition offers an intimate look behind the scenes of the Mille Miglia, focusing on the craftsmanship, precision, and human spirit that keep these historic machines on the road.
